Jimbo Mart is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. All products purchased on Jimbo Mart are shipped directly by the individual sellers. Delivery timelines, shipping fees, and available shipping methods may vary depending on the seller and the buyer’s location.
Shipping Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for packaging and dispatching items to buyers in a timely manner.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect addresses or incomplete information may lead to delays or failed deliveries.
Jimbo Mart facilitates communication between buyers and sellers but does not handle physical shipping or delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by the sellers and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, customs clearance, or regional restrictions.
Local deliveries (within Malawi or seller’s country) may take 2–7 working days, while international deliveries may take longer.
Jimbo Mart cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are set by sellers and displayed at checkout.
Some sellers may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Tracking Orders
Where available, sellers are required to provide tracking numbers once an order has been dispatched.
Buyers can track their shipments using the tracking link provided in their order details.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to buyer error (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability), the buyer may be responsible for additional re-delivery fees.
If a seller fails to dispatch an order, buyers may request a refund in line with the Refund & Exchange Policy.
International Shipping
Some sellers may offer international shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations applicable in their country.
Jimbo Mart is not liable for delays caused by customs processes.
